Beamish NCPF 2019

The Beamish Trophy - Entry, Rules & Conditions

This will be the 9th year that the NCPF Beamish Trophy has been competed for by NCPF members, based on the Beamish Weekend. The competition will be held in PDI format, images having been only exposed during the period of 31st August 2018 and 30th September 2019 at Beamish Museum.

Each entrant can submit up to 2 PDI’s. The maximum PDI file size is 1400 (horizontal) and 1050 (vertical). The file name should be: “title-your name-your club”. All entries should be accompanied with a completed Entry Form.
PDI’s should be emailed to no later than 11th October 2019.
Judging will take place on 5th November 2019.

No image shall be utilized for commercial purposes. The winning 1st, 2nd, & 3rd, may be freely used by the museum for promotional purposes. Copyright will be retained by the author. A print of the winning PDI will be made available for the Presentation Event at Clara Vale and for exhibiting in the subsequent year at the Beamish Event.

The competition will be judged by an NCPF appointed Judge.

The winning entry will be awarded the Beamish Trophy (to be held for one year). Certificates will be awarded for 2nd & 3rd place together with as many Highly Commended places as the Judge considers relevant.

The Awards will be presented at the NCPF Annual Awards Event to be held at Clara Vale Community Centre, Ryton on Sunday 24 November 2019.
